to install, extract to an empty directory (the path can have spaces in it, that's no problem). under
windows 7/vista, make sure you don't need administrator rights to modify the upp directory, else upp
won't work (e.g. this means the upp directory shouldn't be somewhere under \program files\). you can
import settings from any upp version using the importer. 

if, at a later stadium you want to use some .upp (v2) or .txt (v 1.x) theme from a previous install of upp,
use '/converttheme <full file name>'. before you do so, make sure there is no similar .upp file in the
system\themes directory or it won't create the theme.

the default value for most individual settings that are shown in editboxes on dialogs can be restored
by clearing the editbox (next time the dialog is opened, it will show the default value).
if for some reason nothing seems to work anymore, you can type '/reset' to reset all script settings.
